It is with sadness that we have decided to close the current incarnation of BibbaBaking. We will no longer be available for wholesale or retail sale.

If there are however special orders then we are more than happy to consider these on a case by case basis..

We are now open Wednesday to Saturday from 7am - 12noon. Apart from the delicious coffee and Bibba treats we will also be offering a light breakfast menu:

House made Organic Muesli with Natural Yogurt & Blueberry Compote
Sonoma Sourdough with choice of Almond Butter, Vegemite and Naturally sweetened Jam
Spelt Fruit Sourdough with organic butter
Frittata of the Day with sourdough
Oven roasted tomatoes on Rye with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Single Origin Coffee - Yum!

The consensus is in - the Mostro blend is awesome! Served with creamy A2 milk this coffee is definitely one of the best that we've ever had. And delicious with a Blueberry and Vanilla Muffin (or Dark Chocolate Cake or Banana Date Muffin or Almond and Vanilla Bikkie or ..............)

BibbaBaking Shop Opens

We are a wholesale business that is organically growing. The shop is our first venture into retail and we hope to be open 5 days in the next 6 months, however to begin with we will only be opening on our baking days – Wednesday and Saturday. Our shop stocks our range of alternative baked goods and we will be serving Single Origin coffee and a broad range of organic teas. As we move forward we hope to extend this range to include some organic take away drinks and sourdough breads.

So please visit us - we look forward to meeting all and hope you will enjoy the BibbaBaking ‘healthy treat’ experience!

After much much toing and froing we are at last moving into our new little pad in Sydenham. We will be opening a shopfront here to complement our wholesale business so if you are a BibbaBaking fan please pop in and sample some treats - includiing Christmas goodies - alongside a Single Origin coffee or extensive range of organic tea.
